Automatic Screen Washing Machine

Adopt full-automatic plate flushing and flush evenly. Also the plate flushing strength, time, speed and cycle times can be adjusted, and the operation speed is stable.

It is composed of large flow high-pressure water-pump and fan nozzle imported from Japan. The double-sided synchronous high- pressure spraying is adopted, and the water spraying system is stable.

The machine adopts full stainless steel 304 structure thickened, which is corrosion-free and durable.

The screen size can be adjusted freely within the maximum range. ( Maximum range size according to customer requirements)

Relevant parameters such as flushing stroke, flushing pressure, times and moving speed can be set freely.

The memory function can be stored, which is convenient for use and operation. Compared with manual operators, the experience and proficiency requirements are greatly reduced, the comprehensive processing cost is reduced, and the screen operation requirements of various specifications are met.

There is no water mist in the whole process and the working environment is clean and tidy.
